Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

Once your return is authorized and your refund is issued ( in store )  you will receive a credit note or exchange at that time.  Credit notes have unlimited time to be used.
